Purchase & delivery terms

1. General

These terms of purchase apply when you as a consumer place an order from Bywonderlash e-commerce www.bywonderlash.com. Sales at Bywonderlash.com is performed by Wonderlash AB (559393-2766),Wonderlash AB C/o Homecall, Drottninggatan 26, 117 43 Stockholm. When you make a purchase at Bywonderland.com If you enter into a purchase agreement with Wonderlash AB and you are aware that you are bound to these terms.

These terms of purchase may change and it is therefore your responsibility to read the terms of each individual purchase.

2. ENTLY OF AGREEMENT

Agreements between you and Bywonderlash arise when you receive a delivery confirmation of Bywonderlash. Note that the agreement only concerns the goods confirmed in the delivery confirmation. We reserve ourselves for any delivery delays and final sales. Furthermore, we reserve ourselves for technical errors, printing errors and error writing. We reserve the right to adjust any errors in the price information before and after the order is processed.

3. Deliveries and order

Bywonderlash reserves the right to update shipping costs. For more information and applicable shipping costs at any time. Below you can see which delivery methods bywondershlash offer. Your postcode determines which delivery methods you can choose.

Postnord - Shipment to the mailbox/door

The package is delivered in your mailbox, if it does not fit it is delivered at your door or hung in the environmental bag on the mailbox/door. You are responsible for the delivery from the package being left at your door.

Delivery with PostNord Shipyard takes between 1-3 working days
Delivery with Postnord Shipyard Klimatsmart takes between 2-7 working days.

During periods with a higher pressure or on red days, your order may have any day longer delivery time. Once your package has arrived at the selected delivery address, you will also receive an SMS notification, or a note in your PostNord app. 

 3.1 goods that are out of stock

If any item you have ordered is not in stock when your order is to be packed, only the goods you ordered and that are in stock will be delivered to you. If you were not charged for shipping when the order was placed, you will not be charged for shipping when the order has been updated.

3.2 Notification

When the order is sent from our warehouse, a message about this is emailed to your email with a tracking link.

3.3 Uncondered Packages

Your package remains at the extradition site for a long time depending on the provisions of the respective supplier. If you have paid your order but have not retrieved it, you will automatically be credited to the sum of the goods (but not for the shipping cost) when we handled your delivery.

3.4 Right to deny orders

Bywonderlash reserves the right to deny orders.

3.5 Order and Delivery Confirmations/Receipt

When you complete an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that your email address is correct and notify customer support and we will send the confirmation. When the goods are sent from Bywonderlash e-commerce warehouse, you also receive a delivery confirmation/receipt via e-mail. Agreements for delivery of your ordered products arise when you receive a delivery confirmation.

 4. Right of repentance

You always have the right to regret your order within 14 days when purchasing at Bywonderlah e-commerce. The cancellation deadline expires 14 days from the date you or your representative will receive the product in physical possession. The product must be returned with unbroken packaging and otherwise unused and undamaged condition. Due to hygiene reasons, certain products from the right of withdrawal are exempted. For health and hygiene reasons, products with broken packaging or other broken seal are not covered.

If you have used a bonus check when purchasing the product that you choose to return, the refund will be given in the form of a gift card or credit receipt.

However, if you have used a coupon with a discount or promotional offer for the product that you choose to return, the coupon will not be reactivated.

5. The use of the right of withdrawal

Upon return to e-commerce, the return is paid for by the customer himself. If you want to return the item to Bywonderlash e-commerce, we encourage you to contact customer support by email before returning the item.

If you choose to return the item to Bywonderlash e-commerce stock, the item will be sent to Bywonderlash within 14 days calculated from the date you notified us that you cancel. The return is paid for by the customer.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we were informed about your decision to undo the order. We have the right to wait for the repayment until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, which happens first.

Note that repayment always is made with the same form of payment as the original purchase. If the original purchase has been made with a bank card, repayment can only be made against the same bank card. This has no impact on your rights by law.

It is not possible to deliver your return to an agent.

6. Replacement

Change cannot be done at Bywonderlash e-commerce. See special conditions for sale and sale goods.

Gift certificate replaced/not repurchased.

7. Rea and Sales

When purchasing sale and sales goods at e-commerce, the right of exchange or returns do not apply. The right of exchange is not applicable through e-commerce. The right of withdrawal and distance contract law of 14 days from pick-up day applies when purchasing via e-commerce and is paid for by you as a customer and sent to

Bywonderlash is not responsible for the product during the time it is sent back to Bywonderlash from the customer due to right of withdrawal or complaint. Be sure to send back as a package and keep the broadcast number until you have been refunded or contacted.

7. Complaints

Bywonderlash guarantees that each shipment is examined before it is sent to the customer. Should the product nevertheless be broken or incorrect when it arrives, you have three years of complaints on original errors from the day you receive the item.  7.1 Shipping costs

In the case of approved complaints, Bywonderlash pays for the cost of return shipping.

7.2 Allergic reaction

If you have received an allergic reaction from any item you bought from Bywonderlash, you can contact customer service for more information. We never record information about your health or make recommendations about your health or allergic reactions.

8. Payment and prices

8.1 Secure payment

Shopping at Bywonderlash e-commerce is safe and easy. You choose between direct payment through your bank or card payment where your bank or credit card is connected to VISA or MasterCard/Eurocard, Swish or invoice/part payment (Klarna account). Payments and repayments are handled by Wonderlash AB. More information about the different payment options can be found under each heading below.

8.2 Card payment

You who have a bank or credit card connected to VISA, MasterCard/Eurocard, Electron, Maestro card or American Express can pay through your credit card. When you choose this payment option, the amount is reserved on your credit card at your order and payment is only carried out when the goods are sent to you.

Bywonderlash offers through its payment providers the latest systems for safer payments. This sometimes means that you have to activate them through your bank. If your card purchase is denied because of this, use an invoice payment or contact your bank to activate safer card purchases online.

8.3 Invoice

The invoice is sent via email from Klarna. The invoice is transferred to our partner, Klarna AB, who does a simplified credit check without knowledge copy. For Klarna's Terms on Invoice as a payment option.

Part payment (Klarna Account)

If you choose part payment as a payment option, you choose yourself how much you want to pay. Part payment is handled by our partner, Klarna AB. For Klarna's Terms on partial payment as a payment option.

8.4 prices

All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT, VAT is reported on the order confirmation/ receipt. Prices do not include any delivery fees. The current prices are reported on the website in proximity to the goods. In the event that the specified price is obviously incorrect, we are not obliged to offer the lower incorrect price.

9. Product Information and Pictures

Bywonderlash does its best to provide as accurate product information as possible. However, we recommend that you always double -check product information and table of contents on the package when you receive your delivery, especially if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any substance.

The packaging on our products can vary in appearance. In some cases, a different size than the one offered may be depicted, so it is always the written information regarding volume that applies. Please note that the color samples of products on Bywonderlash e-commerce may vary depending on your monitor as well as your individual screen settings.

This means that brands, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without prior written consent from Bywonderlash.

10. Applicable law and dispute

We any dispute follows Bywonderlash decisions from the General Complaints Board. The General Complaints Board is reached either via the website www.arn.se or through address box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also complain through the EU online dispute resolution platform that you reach through http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These conditions must be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and, without prejudice to what is stated under the paragraph above, be decided by the general court.

11. Changes of Terms and Conditions
